EXCHANGE AND REFUND
If the item does not suit you for any reason, we will change it or refund your money. Send it to our address no later than seven days from the date of receipt, using any postal service, or you can bring it in person.

Please note that if the order is canceled on the initiative of the buyer, the return shipment of the goods is paid by the buyer. In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity of the enclosed product with the order, we will assume all costs for the return or exchange.


Exchange and return conditions:
-The goods purchased in the online store are subject to exchange or return within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt.
-The presentation of the product, manufacturer's tags and packaging must be preserved in full.
-Sending goods for replacement is carried out within 3 (three) days from the moment we receive the parcel with a return.
-Refunds to a bank card are carried out within 10 days from the moment we receive the parcel with a return.
-Shipping charges are non-refundable.
-We have the right to refuse to exchange or return items with signs of use, damaged or removed tags.

All cases of exchange or return of goods in our store are governed by the Federal Law of February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1 "On Protection of Consumer Rights" in force in Russia and the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2007 No. 612.

How to issue a return
-Pack the item securely.
-Make sure to keep all tags on the product.
-Fill out the return application in accordance with all your details.
-You can find the form inside your package.
-Enclose the completed application in the package with the goods. In case of a refund to a bank card, please indicate the information on the back of the application. (Last name, First name, Patronymic of the recipient (if they differ from the applicant's data) BIK, TIN / KPP of the bank, current account number, name of the bank branch (if any). --
-When completing the packaging, to avoid damage in transit, make sure that the contents are not accessible.
-If you send in a box - all seams must be taped with tape, if in a package - the glue flap must be securely fixed.
